Siam Park Tenerife Crowned Spain’s Best Theme Park
Siam Park in Tenerife has been distinguished as the Best Theme Park in Spain by the Spanish Federation of Tourism Journalists (FIJET España). This prestigious award, granted by communication professionals specialising in tourism, recognises excellence in management, the quality of the experience offered, and the contribution to the tourism profile of destinations.

The accolade forms part of the FIJET España Awards 2026, with the decision made on 21 December following a jury deliberation and voting process. The federation highlighted with this distinction “the excellence in the management of Siam Park and its outstanding contribution to the promotion of tourism and to positioning Spain as a benchmark leisure destination.” The official award ceremony will take place during the next edition of FITUR in Madrid, one of the tourism sector’s principal international events.

This new recognition reinforces Siam Park’s trajectory as an international leisure benchmark and confirms the value of a model based on constant innovation, quality visitor experience, and management committed to sustainability. The park closed 2025 with 1.6 million visitors. Christoph Kiessling, Vice-President of the Loro Parque Group, emphasised the importance of the award coming directly from the journalistic field: “Receiving a prize awarded by journalists specialising in tourism has a very special value for us, because they are professionals who analyse, compare, and know the reality of the sector in depth. This recognition is a stimulus to continue innovating and offering unique experiences, always with the utmost respect for our environment and for the destination that hosts us.”
He added, “This achievement belongs to all the people who are part of Siam Park. Their daily commitment, professionalism, and passion are the foundation that allows us to stay at the top and continue to be an international benchmark for quality leisure.”
