Laura Pausini to perform for the first time in Tenerife
Italian superstar Laura Pausini is set to grace a stage in Tenerife for the very first time. The event organizers confirmed this Wednesday that she will perform on March 29, 2026, at the Antonio Domínguez stadium in the municipality of Arona. This highly anticipated show is a key part of her “Yo Canto World Tour 2026-2027.”
A world tour starting in Spain
This marks Pausini’s eleventh world tour, and in a significant first, it will kick off in Spain. Before arriving in the Canary Islands, she will visit other major Spanish cities including Pamplona, Barcelona, Valencia, and Madrid. Following the Spanish leg, the tour will continue across Latin America, the United States, Italy, and the rest of Europe.
A special connection with Spain
In a press release, the artist expressed that starting her tour in Spain is both “a gift and a very personal decision.” She elaborated on her deep connection to the country, stating, “It is a nation that has been part of my story from the very beginning. There are songs that adopt you, just as there are countries that embrace you, and Spain has always given me that hug.”
What to expect from the Arona concert
Concertgoers in Arona can expect a spectacular journey through Pausini’s greatest hits, interwoven with new material from her upcoming album, “Yo Canto 2.” This new work serves as a sequel to her acclaimed 2006 album, “Yo Canto,” and will feature tributes to great Italian and Latin American classics. The press release concludes that this will “reaffirm the interpretive essence that has made Pausini one of the most beloved voices in the world,” promising an unforgettable night of music.
