Its menu brings together the most traditional plates of the Caribbean country, such as sancocho (a hearty stew), mangú (mashed plantains), pica pollo (Dominican fried chicken), or the popular chimichurri (a seasoned burger), all prepared with quality ingredients following classic regional recipes.

More than just a restaurant, this space is a little piece of the Dominican Republic in the Canaries, where a café blends seamlessly with dishes that reflect the aromas and character of the Caribbean. Café de María opens from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 23:00, with adjusted hours on Saturdays and public holidays from 14:00 to 00:00. The establishment is closed on Sundays for staff rest.
