Cuban Stars Set for Tenerife Festival
The Cuban duo Gente de Zona will bring their music to Tenerife in 2026. They are set to perform as part of the Cook Music Fest, which will take place from 16th to 18th July on the esplanade of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife docks.
Latin Rhythms Take Centre Stage
Specifically, the Cuban stars will take to the stage on Friday, 17th July, a day dedicated to Latin rhythms. They will get their fans dancing with major hits from their career, such as ‘La Gozadera’, ‘Traidora’, and ‘Háblame de Miami’. On this day, artists Alexander Delgado and Randy Malcom, members of Gente de Zona, will share the stage with Chayanne and Emily Estefan, the first acts confirmed for that date.
Full Festival Line-Up and Ticket Details
For the rest of the festival days, the following acts are also confirmed: Myke Towers, Don Omar—who sold out tickets for his performance day in less than an hour—Lola Índigo, Luis Enrique, Los Hermanos Rosario, and Elvis Crespo. Tickets for Friday and Saturday are still available on the festival’s website. For Friday, which is already sold out, the organisers have announced that capacity is expected to be increased, though it is not yet known when the new tickets will go on sale.
A Landmark Anniversary for the Festival
The Tenerife Cook Music Fest will celebrate its fifth anniversary in 2026, cementing its status as a flagship event in the Canary Islands. After gathering thousands of attendees at its last edition, the festival continues to grow thanks to its combination of internationally renowned live music, local gastronomy, and unique cultural experiences that have made it a prominent meeting point both within and outside the archipelago.
