Drago Plaza: A New Commercial Landmark for Icod
Baptised Drago Plaza, the HiperDino Group will open a new commercial space at number 71 Avenida Príncipes de España in Icod de los Vinos in spring 2026. With 5,261 square metres of retail space, it will feature a two-level car park with 140 spaces, spacious commercial units (currently available for rent), a 2,495-square-metre HiperDino supermarket, and 2,766 square metres of additional retail space across various units ranging from 150 to 800 square metres. The development promises a modern, bright, and attractive structure for its customers.
Strategic Hub and Job Creation for North Tenerife
Beyond becoming a strategic and comprehensive commercial point for the north of Tenerife, Drago Plaza is set to establish itself as a new engine for job creation in the island’s northern zone. For the HiperDino supermarket alone, the creation of more than 70 new jobs is anticipated.
