Emily Estefan chooses Tenerife for European live debut
American singer Emily Estefan will perform her first-ever concert in Europe on the island of Tenerife. She is set to take to the stage on 17 July 2026 as part of the Tenerife Cook Music Fest. In choosing Tenerife, Emily – the daughter of famed music producer Emilio Estefan and legendary singer Gloria Estefan – is using the island as the launchpad for her leap across the Atlantic to European shores.

“The Tenerife Cook Music Fest continues to strengthen its international profile with the addition of Emily Estefan. The performance will be a particularly significant moment in the career of the American artist and composer, as it marks her live debut on the European continent,” the festival organisers highlighted in a press release. They added that Emily Estefan is “one of the most distinctive voices in the new Latin-rooted pop scene, noted for a musical proposition that is contemporary and emotional.”
“Throughout her career, she has developed her own style, free from labels, where alternative pop, singer-songwriter sensibilities and meticulous musical production converge,” they emphasised.

Her presence at the Tenerife Cook Music Fest 2026 reinforces the festival’s commitment to combining big names in Latin music with internationally rising artists and unique artistic proposals. The goal is to offer a “diverse and high-quality” programme.

The festival will be held on 16, 17 and 18 July 2026 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It will once again position the island as a summer cultural and musical hotspot, uniting music with gastronomy and experiences.
