New Tourism Development for Mogán’s Balito Ravine
Get ready for a fresh perspective on Gran Canaria’s southern coast. The Meridional Group has announced a new promotion of 92 tourist apartments in the Balito ravine, within the municipality of Mogán. This exciting project, dubbed Vista Balito, promises panoramic views and represents a significant investment of over €10 million aimed at revitalizing the area’s urban and tourism landscape.
Project Timeline and Sales Success
The groundwork for the complex is already underway, managed by the developer Montebalito. These essential urbanization works are a prerequisite for the start of construction on the apartments themselves, which is scheduled for early 2027. In parallel with the construction progress, the commercialization of Vista Balito began this year and is structured in three phases. The success has been immediate: the first phase, launched a few months ago, concluded with all 28 units completely sold out. Following this excellent pace of reservations, the second phase—comprising 32 homes—has now been released for sale.

The apartments at Vista Balito will offer an average built surface area of 55 square meters, complemented by private terraces perfect for enjoying the Canarian climate.
