Spanish pop sensation Aitana has revealed plans for her 2026 Cuento Azul World Tour, spanning 24 cities across Spain, Latin America, Europe, and the United States—including a stop in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. While exact dates remain unconfirmed, the singer teased fans with the announcement hours after concluding her second sold-out Madrid concert as part of her Metamorfosis season.
Tour Cities and Background
The tour will visit Spanish cities including A Coruña, Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Palma de Mallorca, Sevilla, Valencia, and Zaragoza. Latin American stops feature Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Guadalajara, San José, Santiago de Chile, and Montevideo, while US performances include Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. European dates cover London, Milan, and Paris.
This global tour expands on Aitana’s three-show “appetizer” series in Barcelona and Madrid, which sold out immediately. The concerts originally stemmed from what was planned as her historic debut at Madrid’s renovated Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in December 2024—a milestone that would have made her the first Spanish female artist to headline the iconic venue.
From Bernabéu to Metamorfosis
The Bernabéu concert was initially doubled due to overwhelming demand before noise complaints forced rescheduling—first to June 2025 for venue improvements, then to July at an alternate stadium. This journey, along with Aitana’s artistic evolution, was documented in her recent Metamorfosis film, sharing its name with the three celebratory concerts.
These performances served as a retrospective of Aitana’s career since her 2018 breakthrough on TV talent show Operación Triunfo to her latest album Cuarto Azul, released just two months ago. With her signature post announcing the 2026 tour—”The story doesn’t end today”—fans can expect more chapters in the rising star’s meteoric career.
